Let's get one thing clear; we at Camouflaged Learning are never going to be rich. We're all too aware of that. But that's ok, because we don't want to be (well, we do, but we don’t really mind too much if we’re not).

Because of this our pricing policy is simple: we charge enough to cover our expenses and to allow us to do what we do to the best of our ability. Put simply, what it costs us is what it costs you.

As a general rule of thumb, prices for a day start at £500 (or equivalent of £3.00 per student), but these prices do vary for a number of reasons:

• 1) The size of the groups we work with makes a big difference, so we make sure the price is as clear as possible we try to work on a ‘per pupil’ price for each activity. Obviously, we have to charge differently for a group of 500 than we would for 50.

• 2) Some projects are naturally more resource-hungry, or require the purchase of more expensive equipment; whilst we try to pass as little of this cost on to you, a project that involves sending students on a field trip to the moon will always by more expensive than one that involves sending students on a field trip to Maidstone (unless you live on the Moon or in Maidstone).

• 3) Although the majority of our programmes are designed to run for one day, it is possible to design them to run over a number of days, or for just an hour or two; the length of the project would obviously affect the price.

• 4) Some projects are run through or on behalf of partner agencies, who sometimes have concessions or finding to offer. These projects will always be highlighted as such at the end of their appropriate project brief.

Camouflaged Learning staff are also available to create bespoke projects or deliver externally sourced material - rates for this would vary dependant on the nature of the work. Just drop us a line with a wish list and we’ll do our best to do our best. It’s what we do best.
